Day 257: Realizing and Living my Utmost Potential

http://www.matterfreeman.com/2014/06/day-257-realizing-and-living-my-utmost.html

"So within Realizing and Living my Utmost Potential, I see that the fulfillment / Living of this principle can only come with Realizing, Seeing, and Stopping any and all points within me where I see I am  / have been accepting and allowing who I am / how I am / what I do / how I do it, to be defined on my behalf through the reactive nature of thoughts, feelings, and emotions, to within this be able to stand as / become the Directive Principle of myself within who I am, how I am, what I do and how I do it.

Because I mean, to really realize my utmost potential -- I must be influenced / defined by nothing - I must be able to see myself in absolute / utmost clarity - I must be able to decide who I am and how I am and what I do and how I do it - without anything moving in me that I did not make the directive decision to move - without any preprogrammed reaction of thought / feeling / emotion influencing me / being the directive principle of me in any way whatsoever."

So within this, the only way I've found to be able to release myself from such mind-points as for example, a fear, or a resistance, or a thought pattern of for example 'I can't do this', or 'I don't want to do this', or 'I'm just going to fail', or 'that's not what I'm supposed to do', or 'I can't work with this person', or 'this is too hard' - is through actually taking that experience and placing it in writing, opening it up and finding its origin point -- where and when did I first start having this pattern come up within me in relation to the point I'm facing? For example in relation to a job, or to education / learning something, or in relation to overcoming some point of conflict, or for example seeing something that would make my life more effective but where whenever I'm faced with making a decision to do it - I end up giving in to some thought or emotion or resistance and going back to 'what I usually do'.

And, within opening it up in writing, seeing where and how I've defined myself within some initial moment of a reaction, or some self belief I formed, or seeing how for example maybe I failed in something years ago because I tried to do it but wasn't prepared -- and then within this applying Self Forgiveness on each point of Self Definition, within no longer Accepting or Allowing myself to be defined by that pattern, and forgiving myself for having formed particular self beliefs / self definitions because at the time maybe I didn't understand the whole situation / event, or didn't understand what the practical common sense point was and resorted to using opinion and interpretation through my mind, and then within that investigating - okay, what actual practical actions do I see I can take / walk so that I could CHANGE within this point?

And then within that, establishing clear self commitments for myself, to actually DO what I see is possible.

It's only within this process that I've then been able to see and discover in real-time, potential in myself that I didn't see before / was not able to see before because -- I had been trapped only in the mind within ideas, memories, emotions, self-beliefs.

So really when I first started applying self investigative writing, self forgiveness, and self corrective statements and application, within that was the realization that - oh wow - I have the potential to really change myself - to really decide who I'm going to be, and really take charge of my life because I can release myself from previous thoughts, emotions, resistances, and self beliefs, and focus on testing out real physical actions -- I'm not doomed to only do what my mind tells me I can do or not do.

So for example some very practical ways I've been able to change myself definitively are:

Releasing myself from resistances and emotions and the 'dislike' of physical labor / work, where I discovered and started living my potential of self enjoyment and self expression and self expansion within physical labor - which was a potential that I previously did not see within me.

Releasing myself from memories and self judgment and self beliefs around the point of studying and learning new skills, within which I discovered and started living my potential of self enjoyment and self expression and self expansion within learning / studying -- also something I did not previously see within me -- I mean previously I had believed 'I hate studying'.

Releasing myself from fantasies and projections, desires and ideas about 'how I want my life to go', within which I've been able to discover and start living my potential of being able to expand my practical skills in terms of job / career to better support myself in establishing an effective financial situation - where previously I had been so wrapped up in my fantasies and hopes and dreams, that I was trapped in wanting something to just 'happen' that would make my life easier, and where I had not believed it possible for me to expand beyond a very limited set of jobs skills and had always ended up just accepting a limited financial situation - whereas now I've been able to discover my potential for patience and self movement in building my life at a practical level, where I no longer just give up, no longer just accept limitation, no longer just allow desires and fantasies to consume my time.
