Day 42: Transcending Anger with Physical Breathing




I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to allow myself to exist in relationship to what is here as the physical through and as an emotional / energetic experience of anger

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define who I am as an emotional energetic experience of anger, instead of realizing that who I am is the physical - and the physical has no emotion, and does not get angry

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to exist within and as a relationship of and as an emotional energy experience of anger toward the physical

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to exist within positive / negative / neutral experiences toward the physical, within this accepting and allowing myself to exist in relationship to / towards the physical, instead of being here, breathing, as the physical, with and as all as one as equal

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge myself when I allowed an experience of anger to exist in me, instead of just letting it go, deleting it, earthing the energy back to the earth, back to the physical, in realizing the emotion of and as anger has no power but that which I give it through my allowance

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that I have the ability to be here as the physical, breathing, as a moment, with no experience of anger / emotion ever arising within me - and that the only reason emotion arise within me is through my allowance of emotion

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I enjoy anger, instead of realizing that the 'I' that enjoys anger is not me as the physical, but is me as a personality that I programmed into me as the physical, that exists from the starting point of defending self interest as the pursuit of happiness, because that's who I learned to be in being brought into this world into the money system

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that when resistance and emotion as reactions arise within me in walking the daily tasks of doing what is best for all, that it is 'really me' reacting, instead of realizing that who I really am is the physical, and that the 'me' that is reacting to doing what is best for all, is the 'me' as the personality designed to pursue happiness that I allowed and accepted to exist in me as the physical, as the director of my physical body, in place of me as the physical body in awareness and expression of me as the physical, because I never had the chance when I was young, to realize that I am the physical, because everywhere I turned, I found only examples of how to exist as and participate in the pursuit of happiness within acceptance of the money system, and got lost in the pursuit of happiness and never had the chance to discover me as the physical and become aware of me as the physical

I commit myself to show that emotions and feelings are the experiences that personalities are designed and programmed as, and that the design and program of personalities in this world only exists within the starting point of the pursuit of happiness as self interest within acceptance of the money system

when and as emotions and feelings arise in me, I stop, breathe, and do not allow myself to participate in them, in realizing that the emotion or feeling that arise within me is the personality I allowed to develop in me that only wants to pursue happiness and is not capable of doing what is best for all, and I bring myself Here and stand as the physical, with the physical, and release the energy of the emotion / feeling back into the earth

I commit myself to show that the only reason emotions seem difficult to stop, is because one allows backchat when the reaction / emotion arises, and that if one simply breathes and reminds self that - oh, an emotional experience has arisen within me as the physical, and then writes out the relevant self forgiveness and self corrective statements to release self from the accepted and allowed emotion, then one can return here to the physical and no longer be a slave to the emotion

I commit myself to show that it is possible to transcend anger in one moment of breath - and that all it takes is the decision to not allow anger, and to physically move myself through it with the physical writing of self forgiveness and physical speaking of self forgiveness to release myself from the anger I accepted and allowed, and then breathe the energy back into the earth and just be here as the physical - with no emotion

I commit myself to show that there is no excuse for a person with money and means in this world, to waste time allowing anger, as it is just a point of manipulation where one tries to justify self interest through saying - but look how angry I am! - when the reality is, anger is just whining to argue as to why self apparently should be excused from doing what is best for all

I commit myself to, when and as anger arise within me - immediately stop, and immediately take action with writing and self forgiveness to put the emotion in words that I can see, defining the emotion - in realizing that when I do this, I see exactly what I allowed as self interest and can no longer justify participating in the anger -- whereas, if I allow the emotion and do not take action immediately with writing and self forgiveness, I manifest a timeloop where I will arrive at the same moment of anger again and again until I stop - wherein, I am just fucking myself, and making the whole process of creating what is best for all take longer for everyone, through my accepted and allowed point of whining as anger
